SMS Terms

1. Program Description

GlobalMuslim360 ("GM360") sends one-time SMS verification codes (OTP) to confirm a phone number during account registration and sign-in. This program is informational and transactional only — GM360 does not send marketing or promotional messages through this SMS program.

2. Who Receives Messages

Users who submit a phone number while registering for or signing in to a GM360 account. Consent is collected at the point the phone number is entered, on the sign-in / registration page, immediately before requesting a code.

3. Message Frequency

One message per verification attempt. You will only receive a message when you (or someone using your phone number) requests a verification code.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

5. Opt-Out and Help

Reply STOP to a message at any time to opt out of receiving future SMS messages from GM360. Reply HELP for assistance. Because phone verification is used to secure sign-in, opting out means you will not be able to complete phone-based sign-in — you can still create and access your account using email or social sign-in instead.

6. Sample Message

GlobalMuslim360: Your verification code is 123456. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
