Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptable Use

GlobalMuslim360 ("GM360") is a matrimony and wedding marketplace platform intended for genuine, good-faith use. By using GM360, you agree not to:

  • Create a false or impersonated profile, or misrepresent your marital status, age, or intentions.
  • Use the platform for any purpose other than seeking marriage or wedding vendor services.
  • Harass, threaten, or send inappropriate content to another user.
  • Attempt to circumvent identity verification or platform safety features.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of the profile information, photos, and messages you submit. By submitting content, you grant GM360 a license to display it to other users as necessary to operate the matching and search features. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and does not infringe on others' rights.

3. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, provide false verification information, or engage in behavior that endangers other users. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

4. Limitation of Liability

GM360 facilitates introductions and vendor discovery but does not guarantee any particular outcome, including successful marriage or vendor engagement. GM360 is not liable for the conduct of users or vendors on the platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GlobalMuslim360 is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

6. Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolving disputes informally by contacting GM360Support@muslim360.app first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GM360 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
